You may also call 404-409-8813 to make an order over the phone. If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your cleared check.

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.  


Return Policy
We are dedicated to offering you first class service. Please read the below steps to an return of your product. If you have any questions or comments please contact us by email or phone: 2020@lowvisiontechnology.org or 404-409-8813. We provide a 30-day money back guarantee-if for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the product in the original condition and packaging within 30 days of shipment date (some exclusions and restocking fees may apply). Shipping fees are not credited or refunded on returned or exchanged products.


Please call 20/20 Technology for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All returns must be insured and a proof-of-delivery (tracking number) obtained from your carrier.


Please notify 20/20 Technology within 5 calendar days of the invoice/packing slip date of any orders that were shipped incorrectly. 


Defective products will be replaced or repaired if they are under the manufacturer’s provided two year warranty.


Products that are damaged after shipment will be repaired or replaced at cost to the customer.


If products shipped by UPS are received damaged, do not discard of any of the packing materials and wrappings. Please contact your local UPS for an inspection. After contacting UPS, contact 20/20 Technology. 


Non-defective products accepted for return must be in original factory packaging, be received free of personal marking and in new condition. Non-defective products may not be returned after 30 days.  Shipping/handling costs are not refundable.
